Steven Pesikov

Born and raised in The Valley, Steven Pesikov brings a wealth of nuanced, local knowledge to Rodeo Realty Encino. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve the dream to own a home and with drive, dedication, and an uncompromising work ethic, he strives to make the buying and selling process as swift, smooth, and enjoyable as possible.

With years of experience in sales, ranging from food to fashion, Steven is always focused on the customer’s needs and how he can best connect with and serve them—always with the goal of making them feel comfortable and satisfied. For him, there’s no better feeling than developing a relationship of trust with a client and exceeding their expectations. He doesn't take his role in one of the largest transactions of a person’s life lightly and ensures no detail goes overlooked. In addition to assisting his clients in English, he is also fluent in Russian.

When he’s not serving his clients, he spends his time cheering for the Lakers, Dallas Cowboys, LA Kings, and Los Angeles Angels as well as developing his sneaker collection. Live music is a passion of his, and he attends as many concerts and music festivals as he can.
